Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of HelpCert (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What HelpCert provides
HelpCert provides original study notes, practice questions and simulated mock exams written to publicly published certification objectives. All content is created independently by HelpCert.
We do not provide, and will never provide, actual examination questions, "brain dumps", or any material obtained in breach of a certification body's non-disclosure agreement.
2. No guarantee of exam success
Our material is a study aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Exam content, formats, objectives and pass marks are set by the certification bodies and may change without notice. Your result depends on your own preparation and performance.
3. Accounts
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Accounts are for a single individual. Sharing credentials or distributing our content is not permitted.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions are sold per certification track and renew automatically at the interval you select (weekly or monthly) until cancelled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and may include GST where applicable.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes will not affect the period you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
If the Service does not work as described, contact us and we will put it right or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, republish or redistribute our questions, explanations or study notes; not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts; and not to use the Service in a way that breaches any law or any certification body's terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on HelpCert is owned by us and licensed to you for personal study only, for the duration of your subscription.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HelpCert is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including exam fees, lost opportunities or lost income arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
